We’re halfway through the Readers Dozen challenge for 2024!

In June, we’re reading books with animals as main characters. Of course, we have some great fiction and nonfiction ones featuring cats (A Street Cat Named Bob and the Cat Who… mystery series) and dogs (Marley & Me, The Art of Racing in the Rain), but we have so many others featuring animals like ducks, bears, whales, donkeys, and even wild turkeys. If you’ve got a favorite animal, we probably have a book about it!
